Nature does not belive in equality. It belives in equilibrium.

Nature will stabilize. So to achive more or to reach the next level, you have to delibertely unstabilize yourself.

Momentum is the key to accomplishment.

Your personal momentum will precede group momentum.

Mass is created by adding momentum of different individuals working together for a common goal. Where each individual should benefit as per his ambition.

Once you learn the art to gather momentum, it is all about focus which is a child of priorities.

There are two components in a project.

One is a system. A standardized way of doing things.

Second is Leadership. It is really a people skill.

Only system without leadership will not function like leadership without a system.

Nature believes in the survial of the fittest.

To be born, there are millions of sperms competing for one egg to form a baby. Thinking about that makes me feel unique and strong.

So when we create a system which is easy, we are defying natural law. A system may be simple but should not be easy. There is no value for easy.
